At SEMPS, we realize that although discussion about paranormal activity is becoming more acceptable, it is not always easy to ask for help in dealing with the paranormal problems you may be experiencing. We respect your privacy and are committed to bringing professionalism and confidentiality to every case we investigate.

Once we receive your request for an investigation, our Case Manager will contact you to discuss your experiences in detail. We can also explain and answer any questions you may have regarding our investigation process. If you agree to allow us to investigate, we will set up an appointment convenient to your schedule.

We typically do our investigations at night and times will vary depending on client needs and paranormal activity reported. The number of members investigating a case will depend on the size of the property. To capture paranormal activity, we use recording devices such as cameras, audio recorders, and video camcorders with infrared light.

After the investigation is complete, we perform a thorough review of the evidence collected. We then share our findings with you. We will never share or publish any evidence found during an investigation without direct consent from the owner. We provide copies of any evidence or data collected from your property at your request. If sufficient evidence is collected to suggest an actual haunting, a more in depth study is conducted ruling out any natural, mechanical or environmental causes and in some cases this may require multiple investigations.
